y primary job was to provide customer service to those who called to obtain their loans, make payments, request invoices, change payment dates, and generally request updates on their loans. I was responsible for verifying customer accounts, checking for alerts that would warrant sending them to collections, helping them change the license plates on vehicles they had purchased with our loans, and so on. Given that money and their financial health were at stake, many customers called stressed or hopeful that we could help them avoid being contacted by debt collectors. Entering their contact information, such as phone numbers, emails, and physical addresses, was also part of my job.

Responsible for resolving customer issues, storing information for new customers, and updating information for existing customers, including addresses, payments, and invoices. Provide support for customer equipment, including software and hardware, and answer questions related to our services, promotions, memberships, and purchase orders.
