I served as the main designer, transforming the way customers and employees engage with Bem Promotora. Some of my accomplishments include: I designed the company's first B2C solution, enabling customers to simulate, contract, and handle loans and insurance online. Taking the lead in user interviews, usability testing, ideation sessions, prototyping, and metric definition, I worked closely with developers and stakeholders. Using agile methodologies, I delivered continuous improvements aligned with the company's strategic objectives and goals. This way, helping the company achieve its first 3k+ users per month. I led a comprehensive user research process to determine the viability of a new product idea and its potential acceptance among the target audience, ensuring a return on investment for the company. Managing interviews and synthesizing research findings, I provided a summary to the company, highlighting the low likelihood of adoption and return for the new product. This strategic insight saved 1100 hours and R$ 150k+ per month in product development costs.

I managed the company's social media and website, identifying opportunities, adding and testing new features, and measuring results using tools such as Hotjar, A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, etc. Additionally, I analyzed and restructured internal processes, monitored KPIs, and proposed improvement solutions to stakeholders.
