National Research Group (NRG) is a leader in data driven insights and strategic consultation to the global technology and entertainment industries. Working at the confluence of technology, content, and culture, NRG offers bold insights for storytellers everywhere. At the core of this services lies several web applications that are in charge of visualization, analytics and cleaning of huge amount of data, represented in hundreds of kpi. In this context I can mention several achievments: • In charge of the development of an entire visualization module, initially developed with Tableau. With more than 40 kpi, I used Recharts, D3 and Highcharts in order to display the corresponding charts. • Carried out the initial implementation, and further documentation of Vitest, a lightweight tool for unit testing. After that we start using more frequently and more insightful unit test. • Worked across several SCRUM teams in order to deliver high quality code, matching an ever changing list of requirements from the Customer Service team, reaching in time several MVP and POC.

As a member of IncluIT, my role has been central to a number of diverse and complex projects. One of my significant contributions has been to the Texas court initiative to establish a Uniform Case Management System (UCMS) that extends to all counties in the state. This immense project incorporated over 11 teams, each composed of analysts, backend and frontend developers, quality assurance specialists, and project managers. I was also pivotal in a project with Tvision, which involved a comprehensive migration of an application from Angular6 to Angular 11, encompassing updates to the entire login process, the user interface, and fetch mechanisms. Another project, with Lion Electronic, led me to develop a telematic platform using NextJS, Azure IoT, and Highcharts, intended to display real-time data about a fleet of trucks. In all these projects, I served as the technical leader, taking charge of estimation, planning, and the definition and implementation of various user stories and epics. Key achievements and responsibilities include: • Directed the writing and implementation of code and user stories by frontend developers in the UCMS project. This task required significant technical decision-making and frequent review of requirements with management. • Effectively led the migration project with Tvision, updating the platform from Angular6 to Angular 11. Successfully redesigned the login, user interface, and data fetch mechanisms to streamline the platform’s operation and improve the user experience. • In all projects, I focused on business application development, formulating goals, troubleshooting software development issues, and driving progress. • Developed a telematic platform for Lion Electronic utilizing NextJS, Azure IoT, and Highcharts. This sophisticated system displays real-time data about a fleet of trucks, providing crucial insights for logistics management. • Served as a consultant for fellow developers, providing expertise on data visualization and offering mentorship to help advance their problem-solving capabilities.

City Builder offers the data and the information inverstors need to make decisions that can increase capital and build stronger communities. By bringing together datasets from thoroughly vetted private and governmental organizations, this platforms provide socieconomic insights for both urban and rural areas across the United States and several parts of the world. This project relies on an immersive integration with Mapbox which facilitates the data visualization and analytics. Within my achievments I can mention: • Carried out the Mapbox integration corresponding to an entire region, expanding the platform I was working on by 20% and showing different socioeconomic data using React, TypeScript, Redux and JavaScript. • Optimized the loading of images and the styles of more than 5 pages on the platform, standardizing them to make them more reusable using CSS and SCSS. • Made part of the redesign of the app’s router to incorporate new information pages of all the countries integrated in the app (5 countries).

Within Altimetrik I have participated in the maintenance and design of solutions for world-class companies such as Progressive Leasing and Citi Bank. I have contributed in the formation and training of junior developers as well as in the creation and management of different internal projects. Among my achievements I can mention: • Oversaw the creation and development of an e-learning platform using Angular and NestJS, currently used for the measurement of seniority and recategorization of engineers within Altimetrik. • Improved the navigation and user experience of a Progresive Leasing’s web portal by 50% thanks to the implementation of a new interface using Javascript, CSS and HTML. • Carried out the Mapbox integration corresponding to an entire region, expanding the platform I was working on with Citi Bank by 20% and showing different socioeconomic data, using React and TypeScript. • Improved the SEO of the Neeche’s ecommerce by more than 30% using Shopify tools and JavaScript.

RADIX HAVEN, Frontend Engineer [Dec 2017 - Sept 2018]: Radix is a startup based on data analysis, which has Stripe and Paypal integrations, from which more than 100 KPIs are analyzed. The platform features extensive use of React, GraphQL, NodeJS, MongoDB, among other technologies. From the beginning, the challenge of creating a tool that correctly displays so much information, in addition to having a high level of customization, makes the job highly complex, but very rewarding at the end of the day. Among my achievements I can highlight: • Reduced the load time of more than 60 charts by 40% by implementing optimization strategies in the calls to the different APIs that were consumed. • Improved more than 50% of the styles of the platform, by replacing an existing template with custom React components. • Implemented more than 30 financial kpi using React, Highcharts and GraphQL. APPLAUDO STUDIOS, React Developer [Jan 2017 - Oct 2017]: With Applaudo Studios I worked for different North American companies such as Keller Williams and VativoRx. Among my achievements I can highlight: • Participated in the creation of several component libraries that were reused in multiple of the company’s web applications, within the stack of technologies that we use are: React, TypeScript, Redux, NextJS, NestJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, Tailwinds, among others. Several challenges were presented such as the creation of truly reusable components throughout an ecosystem of applications already deployed. • Managed to create a library of React components that was able to solve different data visualization problems throughout an ecosystem of deployed platforms. At the same time we created different proofs of concepts for different applications that could be deployed in the future. Each component was deployed 100% tested, which guaranteed the quality of the software delivered as well as a safer refactoring in case of changing any acceptance criteria.
