Sourced and maintained supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and material availability, and collaborated with the budgeting team on cost proposals when timelines were tight. Prepared material takeoffs and cost estimates from approved designs, selected plants and materials for each project. Produced technical presentations and AI-assisted renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Illustrator.

Resolved pass and service issues for guests, including lost cards, refunds, pass exchanges and technical malfunctions, in a fast-paced, bilingual (English/Spanish) resort environment. Collaborated across departments to improve the overall guest experience during peak ski season operations. Sold and issued season and daily lift passes to international guests by phone and in person, mastering approximately 12 pass types, their benefits and restrictions. Delivered additional guest services support, including directions, safety checks for icy conditions, and ticket scanning at lift access points.
