- Lead the Clean Transportation project, aimed to reduce carbon footprint of logistics operations in the region (Central America) - Set project ‘s timelines, keep track of tasks assigned to teammates remotely, ensure projects are on-time and on-budget - Analyze and present projects’ results to Operation Manager, and manage stakeholders’ expectations regarding the projects assigned - Engage and collaborate with logistics providers, internal and external clients, and other elements in the supply-chain to generate strategies to achieve projects’ goals.

- Analyze trends and processes in the logistics operation to find efficiencies, generate savings and improve KPI’s - Responsible for the end-to-end development of BI tools, dashboards and reports to increase productivity and foster real-time collaboration - Provide insights and recommendations to business problems, collection and data processing, and present results to stakeholders.

- Create and manage social media campaigns focused on lead-generation and sales for e-commerce businesses - Manage budgets for clients assigned - Copywriting for social media, clients’ websites, newsletters and email marketing campaigns

- Solve customer issues according to internal procedures - Manage client expectations about the product and services - Provided general information about the proudct, and offered tech support for customer inquires - De-escalate angry customer with great focus in customer retention
