Account Manager / Project Manager
In my current position, my focus is primarily on managing digital product development projects, including website, application, and software development. I work with clients from various industries, including healthcare, tech, real estate startups, among others, located in the United States. In my previous role, I was responsible for managing client relationships and handling account administration at both national and international levels. Throughout my experience, I managed more than five different accounts across various market areas, including high-profile accounts such as Chesterfield, McDonald's Digital, and Juan Valdez Café. My main focus was on developing and implementing strategies for 360 advertising campaigns, which encompassed ATL, BLT, and digital marketing initiatives. This involved managing digital media buying, creating commercials, graphic designs, and event planning, among other tasks. My role required me to have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that projects were delivered on time, and client satisfaction was maintained at all times. I was able to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering high-quality results. Overall, my experience in this position allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the advertising industry and to hone my skills in client management, project coordination, and campaign management.
