Responsible for the implementation of Digital Channels to attract Consumer Lending clients for the institution. I led the Product and Design teams for Nacional Monte de Piedad SOFIPO (Financiera Monte de Piedad).

I led strategic growth projects through innovation, which leverage our clients internal capabilities to build new products, partnering with startups/scaleups/corporates. Led the Opportunity Mapping project for Banco Azteca, and collaborated with the Digital Transformation project for Nacional Monte de Piedad with Net Positive Labs.

I contribute to product strategy and market creation for the commercialization of nature-based credits, aiming to help companies and individuals offset their carbon footprint in a secure and transparent manner.

I led the product and sales strategy for Skydropx enterprise market with Software as a Service, adding up to become the bigger shipping processor in Latin America.

I led the product management, strategy and operations at Hey Banco, the first full-service digital bank for people in Mexico, offering the best financial services experience through an App, for example: bank account opening, transfers, utilities and credit cards payments, saving tools, credit card, and P2P payments. I led the Omnichannel Customer Service project using Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud. I led for two years the Business and Design areas in Banregio Labs, the innovation area at Banregio, being responsible for more than 5 work-cell thru innovation processes, each with independent projects.
