Project coordinator for the new center for international visitors at Chichen Itza. As part of the Tren Maya government macro-project. Responsible for presenting results to the client (ICA) and to the government agencies involved (FONATUR, INAH and others) Main achievement: i headed a team of 5 internal architects and 17 outsourced engineering companies and consultants. We managed to complete a project of over 30,000 square meters of construction (from the conceptual phase to as-built phase) in a record deadline of 90 days while undertaking the adjustments suggested by the client and government agencies. The project is currently under construction and when finished, it is expected to be the most visited touristic site of the country.

Project Manager and Chief Architectural Designer. Interaction with marketing, sales and construction teams. Managed a team of 7 architects, external engineering teams and outsourced specialists. Main achievement: in a space of 12 months, we completed 5 separate projects for the company, one of them built (comercial) and two currently under construction (mixed-use and residential). Together, they add up to a total of 21,000 square meters of construction.

Project Leader for 5 separate architecture and urban design projects. International collaboration with Sasaki Associates, Inc., Cummins, CBRE, JLL and others. Managed teams of at least 5 architects at all phases. Main achievement: i coordinated a competition and two master plans simultaneously. All of them were finished under deadlines and budget limit.

Participation in several urban design and landscape projects in Mexico and abroad Coordination of 5 separate great scale urban design (from 5 to 100 hectares) / architecture projects along with my team. Main achievement: i got a performance bonus for three consecutive years and during my stay, the company was named the best urban design firm in Mexico by "Obras" magazine.
