This project really gives to their client important solution related to Cyber Security in the enterprises, Sphere is an “Identity intelligence” platform, that gives continuous real-time visibility and automated remediation for identity and access risk across Active Directory(AD), Privileged access (PAM). My main collaboration in this project as a QE is being proactive during every sprint detecting possible potentials risks, Improving Acceptance Criteria for tickets, being participate in all scrum meetings, having continuous communication with dev team and product owners of the project, in order to get critical information before to design test cases, I created and collaborated on test plan for individual tickets and regressions before to each release, I executed test cases, reporting and validation of the bugs. My roles: - Detecting and reporting every possible high risk during the sprint planning - Collecting important information and defining the Testing scope for each work item. - Agile Test Desing, Analyze product information, Create test cases and create test Data with Claude Code - Design test plan, creating test cases for each ticket as soon as possible using Claude code. - Creating Functional, integration, user interface, performance, Edge test cases, negative, positive test cases, etc. - Executing test cases, reporting bugs to dev team, and validating bugs in the sprint backlog. - Collaborating on Desing, execution of regression testing and performance testing

In this project is a personalized approach to grow their leadership skills by offering skill-based content recommendations for HBR subscribers and registered users. This project was developed to Introduce HBR audience via an engaging onboarding experience, increase engagement, and combat AI-driven content. My participation in this project as a QE has helped to the success, contributing to reducing high risk, making sure that the new product was released to end users without potential errors, collaborating on Test plan creating and execution for API services and User Interface side, documenting all testing processes, and my automation task were automate test cases for our smoke and regression testing and maintenance task to the automation framework that already project had. In my roles, I was responsible for: - Designing test plans for each of the testing phases - I created functional, acceptance, integration, sanity, smoke, and regression testing. For UI side - I performed visual, accessibility, and component testing with Chromatic and Storybook. - Executing test cases, reporting bugs, and validating all of them. - Executing basic performance test against Leader Profile Page with JMeter - I designed regression testing for the backend side with Postman tool and created a pipeline to execute it from Jenkins.

Project of Virtual Computing Services, this project was dedicated to offering their clients virtual computing instances, according to the hardware software requirements, and the enterprise was in charge of managing, and maintaining the client's instances. In this my main contribution was reducing the probability of errors of the product leading and collaborating on developing of Test plan and Test Strategies, create documentation about Testing process and from automation side performing some fixes of test cases in the Test automation framework, to have more coverage in Regression testing and functional testing.

Project related to the Construction of large physical servers for its clients, these services were billed monthly and annually or finally through a contract. I contributed to the quality of the product by reporting and documenting important and significant errors for the client before they go into production by applying exploratory testing, functional testing, regression testing and API Testing, and I contributed by automating test cases on the API services side.

The product was based on the automatic creation of Virtual Server instances on demand according to its load. The QE team was dedicated to being able to control its quality, The product was distributed around the world in the data center and our client competes with products from Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. My contribution to this project was participating being in charge of sub-projects, releasing several products and working on improvements of products already exists. I obtained good feedback from the client, regarding there was not issues or incidents. And collaborating to my QE team on all testing process of other products.
