Fibex Telecom (One of Venezuela’s leading telecommunications and internet service providers) Led the creation of the API audit platform for the 'Oficina Móvil' app (Angular/Signals) and developed bots with Playwright for payment automation and financial reporting. Specialized in process optimization and reducing operational costs. Project 1: AutomaticQa — Banking & Corporate Reporting Bot Context: The company required 8 daily test payments across various banking platforms and their reporting on "Oficina Móvil" to verify in real time that the app's gateway reconciled correctly. Technical Challenge: Securely and unattendedly automating the online banking login (BDV) and sequential navigation to perform multiple payments and capture receipts. Solution & Achievement: Developed a transactional bot in Playwright and TypeScript that executes the 8 test payments, captures screenshots, and reports each transaction in the Oficina Móvil app, automating 100% of the daily audit test. Project 2: Automated Excel Reconciliation Reporting System Context: The reconciliation department needed to extract daily reports of reconciled clients from the SAES Plus portal, which took hours due to poor database query optimization on the web platform. Technical Challenge: Accessing and querying database records directly via optimized SQL queries, bypassing the slow web interface entirely. Solution & Achievement: Designed an Electron-based desktop application orchestrated by PM2 that queries the database directly and delivers compiled Excel reports to shared folders hourly, reducing manual wait times to zero.
