The project followed Agile Scrum methodologies, with a team consisting of 8 Developers, 6 QA Engineers, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. As a QA Engineer, I was responsible for manual and automated testing, including test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, API testing with Postman, and automation maintenance using Selenium and Appium. I also supported CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of each release.
