Led the migration of the e-commerce admin dashboard from a legacy MVC architecture to Next.js 16, drastically improving rendering performance and user experience. Implemented the Next.js Backend-For-Frontend pattern, ensuring strict compliance with corporate security policies. Developed the full-stack architecture for the digitization of complex workflows, managing dynamic UI rendering based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), tasks, and permissions. Maintained, optimized, and resolved critical UI bugs (such as the "Dynamic Island" adaptation for new iOS/Android devices) for the Hipermaxi Mobile E-commerce App, ensuring a seamless and stable shopping experience for thousands of users. Assumed technical leadership for interface improvements in the "Autopago" (Self-Checkout) system, successfully proposing and deploying new UX/UI features with a high degree of independence.

Led a 3-person team to build an Attendance Control System from scratch using React 18, Vite, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, reducing the attendance review cycle from 2 weeks to just 1 day (achieving a 90% increase in efficiency). Co-developed an interactive educational game using React, Vite, Node.js (Express), and WebSockets for real-time data synchronization. The project achieved international recognition and was officially showcased across South America within the American Spaces network in Santa Cruz.
