As a Senior Business Analyst, I am the technical liaison between NICE Ltd and its clients, supporting the implementation of solutions such as Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) and Employee Fraud (EF). I am responsible for guiding the client throughout the different stages of the project. Key Responsibilities: Leading product overview sessions, solution demonstrations. Identifying data requirements and providing a gap analysis. Supporting the client during real-time and batch integration, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Validating data integrity with different tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure accurate implementation. Eliciting business rules and requirements from stakeholders and assisting them in implementing out-of-the-box policies and custom policies. Managing the issue backlog during the UAT phase, ensuring timely resolution and smooth transition to production. Key Achievement: Developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for IFM to analyze incoming data, generate dashboards, and produce validation reports. Initially built in Jupyter Notebook, the tool is now being migrated to Streamlit, creating a web-based application that significantly reduces time spent on data validation and model testing.

As a QA Automation Engineer, I developed Python-based automation scripts using Robot Framework to deploy systems and validate correctness, improving testing efficiency and reliability. After finishing my contract with Jalasoft, I opened a small e-commerce store that sold imported US products in Bolivia. This store was launched with the Shopify platform, which I implemented from scratch. It was up and running for over a year and then closed because I partnered with another Bolivian e-commerce store, Flow.bo, which used to sell the products. Implementations included data modeling, security setup, data loading, Visualforce, process builder, and flows.
