Designed and shipped a multi-tenant WhatsApp inbox platform with a per-tenant configurable AI agent and human handoff. Built general web projects for clients: an AI chat assistant for QUIADSA (RAG over an industrial catalog + decision-tree recommendation engine) and EFIGUEIRAS' animated SPA marketing site with direct WhatsApp conversion.

Built a multi-agent guest-support system with an orchestrator agent routing conversations to specialized sub-agents integrated with internal APIs. Implemented an automated QA pipeline evaluating bot responses in production, tracking accuracy, escalations, hallucinations, and guardrail failures. Built an internal ops dashboard with real-time chats and agent-system metrics.

Led an AI tooling team of 4 engineers: solution architecture, code reviews, and quality standards. Integrated external ML APIs for image/video recognition, speech-to-text, and text analysis into client products. Managed client relationships and project delivery; implemented CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
