• Sourcing for SW, HW, R&D (Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, Surgical Robotics, Biomedical, and Quality Engineers), Technicians, Financial, HR, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales and Management level roles.
• Work in close partnership with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to proactively address sourcing and hiring needs.
• Advise on demographics, target markets, and competitor intelligence to create sourcing strategies.
• Maintain HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
• Help bring out EVP branding through diverse networks and channels.

• Implementation of candidate engagement initiatives and execution of digital campaigns through various sources.
