Project SIS - V1.0: Developed using Create React App (CRA), with a focus on refactoring components to reduce coupling. The Scrum methodology was adopted for project development, with two-week sprints. Results: Reduced technical debt and implemented new features to support the onboarding of new partners, resulting in increased sales volume. Project SIS - V2.0: Due to the growing demand for maintenance, I was responsible for proposing and leading a tool upgrade project to the coordination team. The goal was to reduce technical debt, resolve security vulnerabilities, improve code quality by reducing high coupling between components, and rewrite the application documentation. Results: Reduced technical debt, enabled the implementation of new features to support additional partners, and contributed to an increase in sales volume.

Project SIG - V1.0: Developed to meet the needs of an engineering company seeking to automate its workflow in order to serve clients more quickly and securely. The work involved gathering requirements, designing the database, developing the system, configuring the servers to host the application, and ultimately deploying it to production. Results: The company was able to speed up service for existing clients and expand its client base by offering a comprehensive, end-to-end solution.

CMA Project – Advanced Maintenance Center: Developed to map all systems outside the IT department. Results: The team was able to improve user support and service delivery, as the systems were incorporated into the CMA’s application pool.
