- Executed and managed email marketing campaigns, including creative development, audience segmentation and data processing,
pre-deployment testing, and scheduling.
- Created responsive email templates for internal employee and external marketing communications, through Salesforce Pardot
and HubSpot.
- Built automated workflow campaigns inside Hubspot to ensure prospects were nurtured.
- Managed and scrub distribution lists across 8 company divisions to ensure and maintain a clean email database.

- Before I started working in my current role, the company was sending out mass emails to everyone they could get their
hands off.
- So they have a lot of lists that they acquired throughout time but they didn't know what to do with all those contacts.
- So they use purchase list, they use acquired lists, so they just have a lot of database contacts but they weren't having
really good strategies, so they weren't getting any open rates or any ideal engagement according to their yearly goals.
- And that's how they had all the right tools, they just didn't have a specific or right direction to go into what they
wanted to achieve.
- So that's how I started working on different strategies, focusing mainly on segmentation of all their contact list and all
their specific contact they wanted to work on and also as well as personalization tokens for each product and service and
also specified according to the contact profile.
- And that's how I was able to create targeted campaigns as well as specific email strategies and different campaigns that
involve copywriting and also design in terms of all the banners and all the specific images they wanted to present.
- And that's how I was able to have a 25% increase in website visits throughout the click through rate.
- And also as well, there was an increase in open rates, which they were handling around six and 8%, and I was able to
increase that into 14 and 15%, which was great news to the company because people started reading the emails.
- And that's how designing and optimizing all these email campaigns.
- I was able to change the way people engage with our content.
