Designed and implemented a scalable API for visitcartagena (web and mobile app), consuming multiple sources of Cartagena’s places information for +15K users using NestJs. Led a team for taking the project from design to production, including system design, architecture, database management, application monitoring, establishing the project foundation and best practices, and the website and CRM creation with NextJs, React, and AWS.

I designed and developed a Customer Relationship Management system for a real estate company, implementing lead management, property tracking, and meetings with customers using React, Flutter for the mobile version, NextJs, and GraphQL.

Created APIs for connecting mobile and banking services to our apps, improving the user experience for +100K users, with over 20K transactions per day using NodeJs and Firebase. Designed and deployed services and CRM for an internet service provider application to ensure the best customer support services, payment processes, and network management using React, Flutter, NodeJs, and Google Cloud Platform, allowing them to scale to +5K users. Designed and deployed a microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform that helped improve the API reliability and remove downtimes during deployments.

I developed cloud functions and chat services to facilitate communication between clients, businesses, and drivers throughout the entire workflow, helping the platform to easily scale to +20K users. Developed a CRM to manage businesses, clients, and orders with real-time location of deliveries using Firebase Realtime Database, React, and Mapbox.

Designed and implemented simple web-based games as a reinforcement for the English classes with React. Developed features like a progress tracker for online English classes for kids using PHP.
