• In charge of the end-to-end hiring processes for the IT support and Engineering teams in the United States, Canada, and LATAM.
• Working closely with the HR Global Director in pilot projects for new HR Global processes.
• Experience hiring/sourcing candidates from juniors to experts in the following areas and more: Back-front developers, Helpdesk agents, Database managers, Hardware support Engineers, Infrastructure engineers, Sales Reps, System Engineers, Finance profiles, Networking Engineers, Banking profiles, Dynamics-SAP-Oracle engineers, Project Managers, DevOps Eng, Operations Managers, Cloud Engineers, and Architects Administrative Positions.
• Screening the best candidates to provide a high-level pipeline.
• Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, resume databases, job fairs, and referrals.
• Maintain, improve, and develop our employer brand through all candidate interactions to ensure competitive resourcing and talent management strategies.
• Enforce hiring standards, ensuring only the highest quality and most suitable candidates.
• Work with Hiring Managers to develop search strategies, and overall staffing needs for the organization.
• Educated Hiring Managers on the recruitment process, timeline, roles, and responsibilities.
• Continuously evaluate and refine our recruitment process and implement changes that produce efficient results.
