Responsible for preparing accounting reports, bank and accounting reconciliations, structuring detailed general ledger, cost centers by account and chart of accounts review, promoting improvements and automation of manual processes. Monitoring and reviewing monthly accounting closings, coordinating the interface with external auditors (Big Four), internal auditors and accounting teams across group units, ensuring information integrity and compliance with global deadlines. Review of MIS and SG&A, conducting budget and forecast (FP&A), aligning data with corporate standards and global targets. Knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS, financial statement review via FCCS and Hyperion. Systems: SAP, Protheus, Sankhya and Hyperion.

Coordination of annual budget preparation, monitoring execution and analysis of critical variances. Cash flow management, ensuring operational liquidity, execution of foreign exchange (FX) closing and support for strategic investment decisions. Supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings, ensuring accuracy of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, P&L by cost center, inventory rollforward, revenue, cost and margin). Review and approval of accounting entries and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies. Coordination of intercompany processes, accounts payable and receivable, banking relationships and loan management. Supervision of multidisciplinary areas such as IT, import, commercial, legal and operations. System: Linx.
