Lead the local implementation and operational evaluation of the RFR-V3 hydrological forecasting model for streamflow forecasting under the ENANDES+ climate resilience program. Develop and quality-control updated hydrometeorological datasets for local model execution, including preprocessing workflows for observed and forecast inputs. Conduct streamflow measurement campaigns and analyze the stage–discharge relationship at hydrometric station H0790, generating technical inputs for model configuration and hydrologic consistency assessment. Design a PostgreSQL data schema and data dictionary to store model inputs, outputs, and operational forecasting results. Perform operational statistical validation of the hydrological model and assess the coherence of initial forecasts for real-world use in hydrometeorological services. Develop a methodological proposal for impact-based hydrological thresholds and sectoral impact translation, linking observed and forecast hydroclimatic conditions to the severity and type of impacts.

Developed macro water balances (flow series, water use characterization, hydrological factors) for the Tungurahua Páramos Water Fund (Ríos Ambato/Pastaza basins) and FODESNA (Napo), supporting long-term strategic planning for two Water Funds within the Andean Water Funds Platform. Conducted integrated climate risk analysis: historical climate data review, future projections, risk matrices (physical, transition, and social risks with gender perspective), vulnerability prioritization, and climate risk maps. Designed a portfolio of ecosystem-based adaptation measures (structural, non-structural, and governance) with short- and long-term horizons, cost estimates, and gender-inclusive perspective aligned with CDKN’s ecosystem-based adaptation framework. Produced thematic cartography, spatial databases, and an executive summary consolidating all technical outputs for informed decision-making by Water Fund stakeholders.

Responsible for the design and maintenance of a clinical management platform (Next.js + Firebase) adopted by more than five dental clinics; end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle, user experience, and deployment on Vercel.

Design and implementation of hydrological monitoring plans for watersheds. Hydromorphological characterization of watersheds at the national level and mapping surface water dynamics using MapBiomas Water and UAV-acquired imagery. Assessment of historical and current hydrological conditions using GEOGLOWS, hydro-satellite estimators, and national hydro-meteorological records. Preparation of technical reports and periodic progress updates for the regional vulnerability team, as well as ongoing technical advising to RAISG coordination.
