Led the development and support of a data-driven environment to manage online grocery availability (deploying KPI, out of stock root cause analysis, assortment management, etc.), aligned with operations, tech, and merchant teams, aiming to reduce the gap between in-store and online assortment, ensure availability, and increase customer satisfaction. Developed e-commerce-oriented replenishment strategies such as specific demand forecasting, supplemental orders, lead time, and shipping frequencies adjustments, and coordinated execution with replenishment and logistic teams. Supply chain point of contact for deployment of cross-functional e-commerce projects such as promotions (Cyber Day), operational optimization, technological system changes and upgrades, among others, aligning with all related areas all actions required to ensure inventory availability and customer satisfaction.

Led a team overseeing merchandise fulfillment for 70 new store openings nationwide, coordinating execution with cross-functional teams, managing the purchasing system, and delivering operational visibility through reporting, ensuring store openings with over 96% in-stock availability. Led contingency fulfillment and replenishment strategies during crisis scenarios, most notably coordinating the reopening of over 50 damaged stores within three months after the October 2019 unrest. Partnered with Walmart International supply chain and tech teams to develop and deploy automated solutions for safety stock and lead time optimization, leveraging new stores as pilot environments.
