- Created and managed fruitful marketing campaigns oriented to sales and brand awareness using Mailchimp, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, tracking pixels, and data analyses. - Implemented analytics integrations into the store website and used its data to take data-guided decisions, resulting in performant email and advertisement campaigns for the store. - Set up automated email flows from actions in the websites to promote sales and fidelity, and improve the shopping experience. Like automated emails for abandoned carts that increased the returning rate of customers, and automated emails during the purchase-fulfillment-shipping-delivery process that reduced the number of queries and support requests from customers. - Increased the sales of the website by 125% compared to the same period before my intervention, and an increase of 225% on important sale seasons like Black Friday and the holiday season at the end of the year.

- Maintained frequent and fluid communication with the client to address their needs, concerns, and ideas to achieve a successful project. - Wrangled the website’s maintenance by using a staging-to-production flow, catching possible issues before they went live. - Implemented features and functionalities requested by the client promptly, always testing thoroughly in the staging environment first to ensure correct behavior in production. - Timely solved issues in different areas of the store, including problems in the implemented payment gateways, website appearance, and server administration. - Correctly diagnosed and corrected the source of performance bottlenecks and server issues that were intermittently affecting the site. - Implemented frequent adjustments to the store, including features that involved custom development, without interrupting the experience of live users or the store functionality. - Implemented a preventive staging to production flow to keep the website up to date with (at least) weekly updates of plugins, themes, and WordPress core, minimizing potential unexpected problems. - Worked along with the designer, supervisor, and store owner effectively understanding their needs and helping coordinate priorities and roadmaps based on development work estimates and their ideas.

- Handled the every-two-week round of updates for over 12 websites to keep the clients’ sites up to date. Followed a structured process to confirm no issues were introduced by the updates (via both manual and automated tests in a development environment) and to inform clients after the updates were in production. - Attended the queue of questions and reports from clients using Zendesk, either by researching the answer to their question, proposing a solution to be implemented on the site, or creating a task when the solution could require a deeper look or development work that had to be estimated and prioritized. - Successfully diagnosed problems given the explanation of clients about the behavior they were experiencing by looking into their sites to replicate the problem and find the source of it. Always without altering the experience of live users on the site.
