In parallel, supports the firm’s corporate governance practice by coordinating board meetings, preparing minutes, maintaining legal and corporate records, and monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across the client portfolio.

Leads the planning and execution of school sports leagues, with a strong focus on basketball through the organization of Copa Talento. Oversees coordination with schools, schedules, venues, teams, suppliers, and onsite logistics to ensure smooth tournament delivery, while also securing sponsorships and managing relationships with participating schools and commercial partners to support the league’s growth and visibility.

Coordinated execution of the work plan for Panama’s Global Center of Excellence project in partnership with DHL, supporting national efforts to strengthen logistics and supply chain capabilities. Developed sector-based capacity-building initiatives, information exchange mechanisms, and business development activities aimed at attracting multinational distribution operations to the country.

Led the operational start-up of Merca Panamá and coordinated the relocation of vendors into the new infrastructure. Designed the optimal cold-chain and internal transit flow for goods moving from the field into the marketplace, while also developing the project database covering area specifications, product categories, vendor information, and sales status.
