Responsabilities: responsible of consolidation accounting. Pluspetrol is the private leading Oil & Gas company in Latin America. • Consolidation of a Group of more than 30 companies • Coordination with accounting business units teams. • Preparation of: ✓ Quarter reports to the Board of Directors ✓ Adhoc reports to the Board of Directors ✓ Consolidated and separate financial statements (IFRS and Dutch GAAP). ✓ Reports to government agencies (tax and others) ✓ Cash flows • Accounting of holding companies • Coordination with external auditors (PWC Netherlands) • Review of accounting policies and processes • Analytical reviews • SAP migrations • Sales and purchase agreement accounting

Responsibilities: external audits of international and national companies of different sectors: agriculture, manufacturing, and services. • Preparation and coordination of annual audit plans • Preparation of budgets and proposals • Planning and coordination of several teams (up to 20 people) • Interaction with management and the board of directors • Account balances controls • Preparation and review of: ✓ Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements (IFRS, US GAAP and IFRS for SMEs) ✓ Reports to be presented to government agencies ✓ Internal control reports ✓ Cash flow ✓ Analytical reviews • Tax review controls • IT environment evaluations
