Founded and led the PMO, Delivery, and Product Management departments from the ground up, building scalable operational structures, governance models, and delivery frameworks across the organization. Directed a portfolio of 20+ simultaneous software and digital transformation projects while overseeing a multidisciplinary management organization of 15+ Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Product Managers. Led, mentored, and coached management teams to improve delivery execution, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, team performance, and overall project health across multiple accounts and industries. Designed and implemented delivery governance standards, Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies, OKR frameworks, operational processes, and continuous improvement strategies tailored to client and business needs. Conducted hands-on leadership coaching, strategic planning sessions, risk mitigation initiatives, and escalation management to unblock critical projects and improve client satisfaction and NPS metrics. Drove consistent year-over-year growth in revenue, client retention, delivery maturity, certifications, operational scalability, and team expansion while maintaining high-quality execution standards. Developed organizational policies, audit frameworks, delivery playbooks, and ISO-aligned quality standards to ensure operational excellence and scalable service delivery across all projects and teams. Worked with global clients and distributed teams across North America (United States: New York, California, Colorado, Miami; Canada: Quebec), Europe (United Kingdom and Germany), Middle East (Dubai and Egypt), Asia (Hong Kong), and India (New Delhi), collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultural environments.
