In charge of leading the Project Management Office (PMO), the Product and Delivery department. Being in charge of more than 30 projects and with a budget of more than 5M USD. Having under my supervision 5 delivery managers, 15 project managers, and 5 product managers. In charge of implementing new emerging and trending methodologies for software development and product creation, whether traditional, agile, or hybrid, adapting them according to the needs of each of our clients and projects, ensuring continuous improvement and growth of all our projects, products, and deliverers. Including, the generation of standards, procedures, documentation, training, talks, growth plans, OKRs, action plans to put the project on track again, audits, and policies to ensure the correct implementation and optimization of available resources to meet all the goals of the areas and dreams of our clients.
Additionally, I carry out continuous supervision of each one of the projects to be able to give personalized advice to each of our managers, both on the technical side, as well as on the product and methodologies, helping them to create action plans to eliminate any impediment or blocker that may arise in the project, implementing best software and product development practices, and also holding constant meetings with our clients in order to fully understand their needs, receive feedback, negotiate new contracts and ensure the generation of value with which we are contributing our relationship.
In addition, to ensure compliance with all the annual objectives set in the areas, ensuring continuous growth in income, profits, increase in staff, clients, certifications, and satisfaction of our clients. Besides, to take the finances of the departments to help the accounting department with the sending of invoices to our clients.
