Maintained constant training on the hotel industry and services to offer the best and most innovative vacation options for clients.

Provided customer service assistance to accounts such as Honeywell, Bank of America, and Wells & Fargo regarding returns, credits, and exchanges of damaged, lost, or incorrect merchandise. Provided weekly follow-up on pending cases with different departments to ensure timely resolutions for customers. Participated in weekly department meetings to evaluate areas for service improvement.
