Developed a Go Queue Manager service to replace a legacy PHP script, featuring minimal footprint, easy deployment, and robust observation. It performs dialer rotation, implements an in-memory job queue with a worker pool for concurrent processing of lead recordings, ensuring faster, more robust delivery of dialer metadata, higher throughput, predictable dialer load, and reliable delivery of complete payloads with recording URLs. Created an ETL Vicidial to CRM integration pipeline in Go, incorporating a workflow with the OpenAI API for call transcription and summarization, powered by Go routines and channels. This ensured deterministic, concurrent, and self-contained synchronization of CRM and dialer system sales pipeline stages. Built a backup Go-based Meta Leads Ingestor that handles ad lead ingestion and CRM enrichment (GHL), performing deduped contact creation/search in GoHighLevel, automatic tagging, and contextual notes. This application supports primary Facebook-to-CRM integration, preventing ad lead misses and saving operative time in CRM hygiene. Modernized Python scripts, transitioning from individual cell updates to batch processing in Google Sheets, which reduced API calls and improved efficiency. Developed boilerplates to standardize coding practices, enhancing scalability and readability. Designed and implemented Python-driven data pipelines for automated reporting in Google Looker Studio. Configured and deployed the VICIdial PHP framework for multiple call center clients, improving operational efficiency. Developed a monolithic Calendly service app using FastAPI and a Vite frontend, seamlessly connected to API webhooks to handle appointment event payloads and display real-time updates via React Query with WebSockets.
