As part of PagerDuty’s Rundeck engineering team, I delivered customer-facing features and reliability fixes across core platform components and official plugins, including integrations for HashiCorp Vault, Ansible, AWS, Azure, Datadog, and Sumo Logic. I contributed to the migration of frontend UI components to Vue.js (Vue 3), improved CI stability by removing Selenium race conditions with stronger selector and synchronization patterns, and implemented input validation and sanitization for automation integrations to prevent malformed data and execution failures. I also drove modernization and security initiatives by contributing to AWS SDK v1-to-v2 migration for the S3 log storage plugin, standardizing AWS dependency management across modules, and adding secure filtering for sensitive host variables to prevent credential exposure in the UI, while maintaining backward compatibility and expanding automated test coverage with JUnit and Jest.

I worked on the Smartki Intercom mobile app (SIP-based intercom for Android and iOS), delivering product improvements across both functionality and user experience. My work included implementing features such as remote contact loading and clipboard-based credential handling, improving app traceability through call and event logging integrations, and enhancing interface interactions with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Jetpack Compose. I also supported library and SDK upgrades to keep compatibility with recent mobile OS versions while working under Scrum delivery cycles.

I built data-driven solutions using Python for use cases such as crowd counting, object detection, and geospatial analysis, and contributed to backend services implemented with Java and Redis, including Protocol Buffers-based integrations. This work was delivered in a distributed team using Scrum and Kanban practices.

I developed internal administration software with Laravel and Vue.js, translating business requirements into practical product features. I worked in Scrum-based cycles and used Jira and Confluence to plan sprints, track progress, and keep delivery aligned with team commitments.

I contributed to Business Intelligence solutions for national and international retail clients across web and Android environments. My responsibilities covered requirement gathering, documentation, and implementation to support iterative product updates.
