Market launch of Cervecería Nacional's direct-to-consumer beverage delivery service in Ecuador (formerly Fiesta Cerca, now TaDa www.tadadelivery.com.ec). Lead and develop a multifunctional team in various areas such as operations, marketing, commercial strategy, finance, and commercial agreements. Key achievements: In 8 months of operation, we reached 15,000 orders vs. the 8,000 target. Opened 20 distribution points (dark stores). Achieved a Net Revenue 25% above the annual target. Reached over 8,000 active consumers, with a retention rate of 42% and a purchase frequency of 2.6. In less than a year, we became the largest beverage delivery app in Ecuador.
