Prioritized communication and documentation for client, project manager, and fiscal engineers. Oversaw and tracked project costs, reviewed schedules, monitored construction contract, managed payments to subcontractors, and scheduled team training on safety, industrial health, and team activities.

Developed and executed plans to meet project objectives for Cochabamba's Metropolitan Train Project (Light Rail Transit). Organized stakeholder and supplier meetings, prepared reports for senior leadership highlighting cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
