Designed and implemented the company's QA framework from scratch, transitioning from isolated testing methods to standardized, company-wide QA protocols using Jira, ClickUp, and TestLink. Deployed automation and performance testing strategies (Cypress, Katalon, Playwright, Load & Stress) to reduce production incidents. Incorporated AI-assisted automation tools (Claude Code) to speed up test suite creation and maintenance. Lead the QA team responsible for the ongoing stability of a financial loan platform deployed in Chile.
