Analyzed, updated, and explained to the client the two Machine Learning models that were created by an external firm. One model is related to multiple regressions (for pricing), and another is related to regression trees (to evaluate customers’ likelihood of paying). Also, helped with clustering applying K-Means. Developed customized Python scripts to clean duplicates, blanks, and wrong data from the Sales Force CSV files. Improved the ML regression model by providing better data and adding encoding to the datasets. Explained in detail how the pipeline worked from end to end, and what the goals of the models were. Added details to the documentation about the model accuracy using a confusion matrix.

Created specific C# logic to bulk add and remove lights, switches, and doors for 3D models (CAD-like Web-based software powered by .NET APIs and Angular 17) related to air units. Worked with .NET 8 API Controllers to create and modify functionalities related to 3D models, using the dependency injection pattern. Worked with React 18 components consuming backend services from .NET APIs related to customer data. Handled exceptions coming from a worker service that modifies and applies logic to the data imported from the Artificial Intelligence models.
