In my role as a Data Analyst at BC Technologies, I worked full-time assigned to Banco Falabella Perú, where I led the development and automation of reports on Google Cloud Platform, primarily using BigQuery. I participated in key projects such as payment method tokenization, management of unnamed credit cards, and claims systems, handling everything from requirements gathering to the implementation of data solutions. I also designed clear and effective visualizations to support decision-making, collaborating continuously with both functional and technical teams to ensure the quality, traceability, and usefulness of the information generated.

I fostered collaboration between academia and industry as a Business Developer by leading R&D&I project development. My main responsibility was to facilitate the transfer of academic results to industry and society, leading multidisciplinary teams to create value-driven proposals and ensuring effective and impactful technology commercialization. I served as the commercial face of the research center, managing client relationships and ensuring that all deliverables met deadlines and quality standards.

In my role as Head of Management Control, I supported the strategic planning of the Center by monitoring and controlling KPIs to ensure effective internal and external communication. I led operational improvement projects, including the development of a system that enabled researchers to efficiently report and track their scientific contributions. Additionally, I introduced Power BI, significantly enhancing the Center’s ability to generate reports and make data-driven decisions.

I supported collaboration between academia and industry in the commercialization of R&D projects through project formulation, requirements gathering, and by contributing to project evaluation and budgeting.
