• Perform month-end close processes, from doing the Schedule up to generated the package report hand in hand with different finance teams such as Controllership, Treasury, Tax, invoicing, as well as payments to vendors. Support with any ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams. • Provide accounting guidance to Sales, Rental, and other cross-functional teams. • Support the treasury área on activities related to borrowings, derivatives, investments and hedging. • Perform and monitoring monthly horizontal analisys of the balance sheet accounts. • Perform the monthly Intercompany account reconciliation. • Generated and monitoring the monthly cash flow of the Company. • Provide audit (internal/external) support. • Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger vs. general ledger and prepare various fixed assets analyses (depreciation reasonableness, age of the fleet, etc).

Being Fixed Asset the Jungheinrich's Core Business, I am in charge of ensuring the proper booking, control and management of the entire Fleet for rent and sale that we have available to the market. I am also responsible for how the resources are allocated to finance it. Analysis of Loans to customers, Control and Monitoring of the Account Receivable and Cash Flow are my main tasks at Jungheinrich Chile.

The establishment of strategies of planning and control that guarantee the profitability of the business and that generate the necessary flow for the required investments and the projection of the services rendered, is my main function in this position. For this, direct and effective communication with the different levels of the company is the essential tool applied. Direct monitoring to the areas of Costs, Accounting, Taxes and Treasury.

Responsible for the Finance department for Dresser-Rand Colombia SAS, I have the following activities: FINANCE: Development and analysis of financial reports to headquarters, AOP, Forecats and Actuals. ADMINISTRATION-ACCOUNTING: Customer billing, local and intercompany Treasury, Planning, review and analysis of the closing month, Internal Control (Share Point), Collection. TAXES: Follow up the development of the annual tax return, Follow up the development of the annual transfer pricing report. OTHER: SOX audits, ISO 9000 Quality Audits, HSE Audits, Monitoring of imports, Reading and analysis of customer contracts and contracts of Technical Asisstance, Review of the monthly and payroll.
