Responsible for Cumplo’s commercial strategy, designing and executing the model that achieved the company’s highest historical growth. Led a team of 30 professionals across sales, marketing, and business intelligence. Oversaw the creation and operation of four financial products focused on scalability, customer acquisition, and retention. Directed acquisition strategy for payers and SMEs, achieving a 4X portfolio growth and a 10X increase in transacted amounts. Acted as Cumplo’s representative to Moneda Asset Management, managing all strategic, financial, and operational matters. Managed strategic partnerships with over 40 major companies including SQM, Parque Arauco, Mall Plaza, Bluexpress, and Colbún, sustaining long-term growth and market penetration.

Built the Human Resources department from the ground up, developing strategy and implementing it across all areas. Designed and executed core HR processes: recruitment, performance, organizational climate, compensation, benefits, and career development. Implemented performance evaluation and culture assessments in both Chile and Mexico. Supported company growth strategy through an organizational lens, with a focus on the commercial team.
