Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate financial reports for management review. Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments. Receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. Preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Maintain records for tax purposes and support tax audits.

Manage core accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and tax-related activities. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial tasks including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination, and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports as necessary. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention. Investigate financial statements for discrepancies and issues, reporting significant findings to the CFO.
