Developed, built, and implemented sales training for 250+ person global sales force across during period in which total revenue increased 38% year over year. Successfully launched geographic expansion project into Mexico, our first new geography outside of North America and UK/Ireland markets. Managed and launched our internally built inventory allocation and customer support troubleshooting tool.

2008 - 2010

US Training Manager

Increased the new customer trainings by 94% in first year while improving overall training satisfaction by 13% based on follow-up customer surveys. Developed, built, and implemented new methods of training customer base including creation of On-Demand options and a curriculum for seminar style training still used today. Created a new set of reporting tools for our collections team in SalesForce.com which improved accessibility and accuracy of information in dealing with delinquent customers.

2007 - 2008

Consulting Sales Consultant
