Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance standards. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information. Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or address specific needs as required. Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
