I worked as a consultant on various projects for large companies. At one of the most renowned companies in market analysis, I drove efforts in research, information architecture, wireframing, and user testing, collaborating with business analysts and product owners to enhance the platform. In a healthcare project with limited UX maturity, I established usability foundations and improved collaboration between designers, product owners, business analysts, and the dev team. I addressed urgent issues in E-commerce/Blogs and Educational projects, refining information architecture and the Design System. Additionally, I led an initiative to improve the UX designers' team experience, focusing on reducing attrition and optimizing team assignments.

Core Park is a startup in California, USA, dedicated to creating comprehensive software solutions to enhance parking business operations. I was one of the first hires on the project, involved in business decisions and essential communication with stakeholders and the dev team. I led all UX processes within the company, from research, discovery, and UI (which is still used today) to developer-ready prototyping. I established delivery processes and agile design methodologies to collaborate with back-end, front-end, and mobile developers. Additionally, I prepared deliverables and documentation for the business analyst and stakeholders. In total, I designed two Android applications (Mobile) and one back-office (Web).
