Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities in the marketing department. Monitor projects and prepare reports that track and analyze productivity, trends, and other factors that impact costs. Manage the staff and evaluate and select any additional freelance staff. Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project and advise on the events strategies. Survey the venue and identify the equipment requirements and the places where the equipment can be placed. Develop a floor plan for large venues to explain the client about the exact position of equipment. Execute marketing department objectives, specifications, and concepts to bring ideas to real life. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information. Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare report. Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Determine the message the design should portray. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites. Prepare marketing collaterals for the sales team to use like presentations, flyers, brochures, etc. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design. Combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and printed pages. Work closely with Operation teams, suppliers, and printing press to ensure quality of production of designed concepts and other printing collaterals. 2D designs and 3D visualization using the latest software.
