I work with a team of designers and content creators under agile methodologies (design’s sprints) where strategies are developed to enable consumers to acquire or increase the use of their credit lines and loans within the Mercado Pago ecosystem. I employ a range of research methods, including user interviews, user persona development, and competitor analysis. A notable achievement in one of my projects was the effective integration of this payment method into CMS platforms such as WordPress, significantly increasing the TPV for both affiliated stores and the company.

First opportunity as a UX designer at an e-commerce startup. In this role, I am entrusted with designing the seller dashboard for a second-hand clothing Android and iOS application, while also maintaining the web platform. Leveraging design thinking methodologies, I engage in prototyping at both low and high fidelity wireframes to develop features that update to sellers the stage of their product throughout the entire process, from the arrival of clothing at the physical store to its listing on the web platform.

During my time as an entrepreneur, I had the privilege of collaborating from the beginning at the digital marketing agency SUD Creative. In my role as a Multimedia Designer, I participate in the development of websites, branding and graphic pieces for communication on social media and websites for clients from various industries around the world. After a year and a half, the team experienced growth, doubling the number of collaborators and attracting increasingly demanding clients.

As a web designer, I work on the development of wireframes and prototypes for microsites for international clients, including prominent brands like Nike. I also specialize in creating motion graphics for communicating various processes within the company.
