Designed and developed interactive features for an AI-Writing healthcare documentation platform. Focused on user-centric interfaces to streamline medical document control and writing.

Collaborated on various startup projects including Zelis, Crosby Scholars, and Paychex. Led the design and creation of the initial platforms for Zelis and Crosby Scholars. Iterated on new systems for Zelis by creating wireframes, comprehensive design system, style guide, and new user flows from manual processes.

Designed and enhanced interactive features for an AI-Agent builder platform. Developed model libraries, tools, and prompts systems while optimizing metadata management. Led the design of pricing and plan flows for better user navigation. Created user personas to align design decisions with real user needs and behaviors.

Created their first platform from end to end. Research and testing, Benchmark, mood board, design system, style guides, A/B testing, roadmap, sitemaps, flows diagrams, and prototyping.
