Work with Salesforce’s CRM Marketing Cloud to send and then analyze commercial and transactional mailings. Develop segmentation strategies based on clients’ attributes with available data, to personalize mailings. Work with Desing, Marketing Product Managers and Ecommerce Product Managers to develop better performing mailings. Optimize designs and mailings sending using Marketing Cloud tools, its native AI and language (Ampscript) and HTML. Work with the CRM team in different projects to increase contactability and KPIs.

Verify that property listings are live on all the channels used by the company, specifically Booking.com and Marriot. Identify and solve issues with the properties’ listings. Attend to online meetings with partners and account managers from the different channels. Reporting to the company and the partners on the active units from each channel. Audit the units’ database using different excel tools and basic SQL.
