After moving from the United States to Guatemala after 25 years away, I worked and accomplished many of my goals in that country. I began working at Teleperformance, Inc., a call center in Guatemala. As with everyone else, I started working as a customer service agent. Based on my performance indicators, I was promoted to trainer six months later. Working in the hotelery business field. Based on my years of expertise negotiating sales for my own company or companies for which I worked, as well as delivering general customer service. Those abilities allow me to complete that task successfully. Closing 5 classes in a row with a success rate of 98% to 100% trainees graduating and, most importantly, continuing to work for the organization until today. After completing those five classes, I was promoted to coach and continue training to new and existing employees, increasing sales and bookings using techniques and teaching associates about the importance of good listening to provide the necessary customer service while also searching for hidden opportunities for sales, bookings, and so on.

I formally liquidated the firm in 2021 after relocating to Guatemala, my birth country.
