Worked as a sales agent on Alorica in a project called Clear Captions who is a Federal Program in the USA, I was a sales agent, I made inbounds and outbound calls and sometimes inbounds like a chat, my position there was to make sure everyone who called or I called that were interested in the phone qualified for the program. I followed a script asking them a couple of questions trying to make sure the customer had hearing loss. Most of the time I spoke with eldery people, if the customer had severe hearing loss then a family member or a caregiver. If the customer didn't have anyone then I tried my best speaking very slowly to the customer so he/she could understand me.

Worked at a shoe store in Multiplaza mall, I was a saleswoman, I had to speak with customers show them the shoes we had available and help them if they wanted to try one. Sometimes advise them which pair of shoe looked better on them. I had to make sure the storage was organized so it were more easy and fast to find the shoes.
