Served as a UX and Accessibility Auditor for the electronic voting platform and the citizen consultation chatbot during the Presidential Elections of El Salvador 2024. Conducted heuristic evaluations, usability and accessibility testing, and audited and reported on the platforms to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

This was a remote internship for a retail company based in Singapore. I was assigned with the project to build the in-house legal department from the ground up, to handle routine legal matters more efficiently and cost-effectively, reducing the need for external assistance.
