I joined STARTEK as a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative for Xfinity Mobile assisting over 30 different customers over the phone daily. Shortly after, STARTEK was able to obtain the Tier 2 Line of Business within XM as well, and due to my outstanding performance I was switched over to that new tier during the first waves and part of my duties were solving escalated issues in different accounts with either CSR Tier 1 or customers over the phone as well. Later on, STARTEK got the Retail Support LOB from XM too, and I was switched over to this new LOB as well based on my great performance during Tier 2, my new duties were helping retail representatives located all over the USA at the XM Stores with their issues on their retail system, I was able to assist around 20 - 30 different Store Representatives daily.
