Loggi is a Brazilian logistics company where I work in the finance department, specifically focusing on analyzing the billing process. One of our key performance indicators is monitoring and identifying any errors in the billing process. Additionally, I have conducted analyses to address pricing issues related to packages, and as a result of these analyses and the subsequent actions taken based on the findings, we were able to increase revenue by 7 million reais in the past year. Furthermore, through thorough analyses, we discovered that we were not charging for return packages. By implementing initiatives within the team, we have now achieved nearly 100% package return fee collection. We also conducted a similar analysis for reimbursement of lost, damaged, and stolen packages, enabling us to optimize our reimbursement process effectively. These analyses have played a significant role in improving operational efficiency, minimizing financial losses, and enhancing customer satisfaction at Loggi. In addition to conducting analyses, I also contribute to the development of tables using dbt at Loggi. By leveraging dbt's capabilities, I am able to design and build robust and efficient data models that support our analytical needs. These tables serve as a foundation for accurate and reliable data analysis, enabling us to extract valuable insights and make data-driven decisions. The utilization of dbt has significantly streamlined our data workflows and enhanced the overall efficiency of our analytics processes at Loggi.

Inter is a Brazilian digital bank where I worked in the investment department. My role primarily involved customer segmentation analysis and conducting A/B tests through email campaigns to evaluate the performance of an investment recommendation algorithm. The results of these tests demonstrated that the algorithm outperformed random recommendations, achieving a conversion rate at least 6% higher, as well as generating higher monetary value for the customers. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of data-driven strategies in optimizing investment decisions and enhancing customer satisfaction at Inter.

During my time at Sympla, a Brazilian events company, I worked extensively with buyer data, involving tasks such as creating and forecasting KPIs, designing and analyzing survey results including NPS (Net Promoter Score) and post-event feedback. I also conducted churn analysis and customer segmentation to gain valuable insights into user behavior and preferences. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive analysis predicting the number and financial value of refund cases during the COVID-19 pandemic, which proved to be highly accurate and helped Sympla prepare financially. I actively participated in A/B testing initiatives aimed at improving the app's user experience, such as testing different display formats for installment plans and total purchase amounts, button placement optimization, and evaluating the impact of requiring users to log in on conversion rates.

During my time at Oper, a statistical consulting firm, my focus was primarily on scientific research. I worked on academic projects for professionals in various fields, including doctors, nurses, biologists, and administrators. Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate on projects for diverse industries such as an electric company, a clothing store, and even the Federal Police. This diverse experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the applications of statistics and strengthened my ability to tailor statistical analyses to meet each client's specific needs. I also managed a team of statisticians consisting of two analysts and four interns. In this capacity, I effectively assigned tasks, provided guidance and support, and conducted training for new team members. This experience allowed me to develop strong leadership and mentoring skills while ensuring the successful completion of projects.
