Identify target audiences and grow our email list, and smart campaigns in Marketo.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns including Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling all in Knack.
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates as well as upgrade them by using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with stakeholders/clients via email, meeting calls, and Workfront to minimize unsubscribes, meet SLAs, and resolve potential target audiences overlaps.
• Create email databases for lead generation, and leads scoring. etc.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.
